Pro-Foodie

Why not just cook at home?

The aesthetics are intentional and biophilic, think upscale residential, with equipment you don’t need to buy or clean.

Shared resources reduces the entry point for new chefs, helping more people be able to do their passion.

The onsite edible gardens provide a locally-rooted setting that doesn’t exist anywhere else. Members have the option to sponsor a garden for their own culinary use, with maintenance support by our onsite Urban Farmer. And for those who dream of homesteading, Golden offers the lifestyle without the commitment by renting small plots in the community garden.

Demo Kitchen

playground for food enthusiasts

  • Studio for food content production

  • Recipe development & tastings

  • Events hosted by members & guest chefs

  • Golden’s Demo Kitchen consists of two all-electric islands with individual and shared appliances, styling props, a pantry and fridge for dry and cold storage, basic a/v gear, and a cubby for things members don’t want to lug around.

  • Membership includes monthly hours allocated to reserve an island or the entire kitchen, depending on your needs.

Think of it like a co-working studio, designed to elevate the food content creator who wants somewhere social to make dishes and produce brand shoots.

The demo kitchen is not all overhead! If you’re a chef who wants to host your cooking class or pop-up, we will help coordinate and sell tickets with revenue share.

  • Membership tiers come in monthly packages: 10 or 20 hours per member per month (excludes hosted events) which breaks down to ~$35-40 /hour. But since we’re a hotel and social club, there are many more perks than simply kitchen hours.

Other kitchens for rent are tailored for commercial use (ghost kitchens/food prep) and have day rates or higher monthly minimum packages.

Meanwhile other kitchen studios designed for content charge $3,000-5,000+ per day and include professional film equipment.

In our demo kitchen, we keep prices more accessible by assuming members have their own photo/video device. We provide tripods, ringlights, and mics for those who need it.

You can book 1 or 3 hours with professional cleanup included once you’re gone. Hours do not rollover into the next month.
